  • Registration will be confirmed after receiving full payment. Those who do not receive a confirmation notice before the conference is requested to contact the registration secretariat at congreso.sesmet@cevents.es.

  • The date of payment is decisive for the registration fee. Even if the registration form is received before the above-mentioned early bird or regular deadlines, it will not be considered as early or regular registration if the payment has not been received.

  • To be eligible for the student registration fee, documentary evidence of their delegate status such as official transcript or copy of student ID card must be sent.

Registration Fee Includes

  • Welcome cocktail on June 3rd.
  • Coffee breaks throughout each day.
  • Lunch on June 4th.
  • Boat tour and gala dinner on June 4th.

Cancellation Policy Registration

Requests to cancel registration and receive a refund must be submitted in writing to the SESMet Secretariat (Cevents). You can reach us by phone at +34 960 91 45 45 or by sending an email to congreso.sesmet@cevents.es.

Cancellations received before or on April 25, 2024, will be entitled to a refund of the amount paid minus a 25% administrative fee.

Cancellations of registrations received after April 26 will not be entitled to a refund.
